PLEASE READ BEFORE SHOPPING — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

🚫 NO REFUNDS — STORE CREDIT ONLY
All eligible returns are refunded as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will ONLY be issued if we cannot fulfill an item due to an inventory issue. No exceptions.

🚫 NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
If the order has not yet shipped, we may offer store credit, but no refunds.

🛍️ FINAL SALE & OUTLET REMINDER
The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:

  • Items included in any promotion (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 12 Days of Christmas, etc.)

ORDERS

Order Processing Times

  • Orders typically process and ship within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak seasons (Semi-Annual Sales, Holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed during business hours ship the following business day. No exceptions.

Order Cancellation & Store Credit

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.


GIFT CARDS

We offer both electronic and physical gift cards.

Usage: Valid only for website purchases. Not redeemable for cash. Not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Expiration: Store credit and gift cards expire 6 months from issuance.

PREORDERS

  • Preorder items follow different processing timelines (e.g., custom name blankets take 3–4 weeks).

  • Preorders cannot be modified or canceled.

  • If a preorder is combined with regular items, the entire order ships once the preorder arrives unless separate shipping is purchased.


DISCOUNT CODES

  • Must be applied at checkout; cannot be added retroactively.

  • Only one discount code per transaction unless otherwise stated.

  • Codes do not apply to gift cards, preorders, or excluded items.

  • Codes may require minimum spend or have geographic restrictions.

  • Non-transferable.

  • We reserve the right to amend, revoke, or cancel any code at any time.


SALES TAX RESPONSIBILITY

We collect and remit sales tax for Florida orders.
Customers in other U.S. states or territories (including Puerto Rico) are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes directly.


SHIPPING

Estimated Delivery Windows

Displayed at checkout based on your selected method.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct — we cannot modify orders once placed.

Tracking Information

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Schedule

We ship Monday–Friday only.
No shipping on weekends or observed holidays.

Expedited Shipping

If urgent delivery is needed, contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Preorder Shipping

Orders containing preorder + regular items will ship together unless separate shipping is purchased.

Shipping Costs

  • USA & Puerto Rico: Free shipping over $150 via Ground Advantage (tracking included, no insurance).

  • International: Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, tariffs. If refused, the package may be abandoned and cannot be refunded or credited.


SHIPPING CLAIMS & LIABILITIES

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are no longer liable.

  • We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping options.

  • Lost or stolen packages must be handled directly with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

Report damage within 24–48 hours of receipt.

Returned Packages Due to Insufficient Address

If returned to us, you are responsible for re-shipping costs.
Return windows begin from the original shipping date.


LOCAL DELIVERY (MIAMI)

Available via Uber Package.

Delivery Fees

  • Up to 3 miles: $10

  • Up to 5 miles: $15

  • Up to 7 miles: $20

Orders ship next business day.
Customer must meet the driver.
We are not responsible once the package is handed to Uber.


PICKUP (CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE)

Curbside Pickup is now available.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Pickup must be coordinated in advance. A team member will confirm your pickup window.

  • This is a pickup-only locationno in-store shopping is available.

  • The 15-day return window begins the first business day after your order is ready, not at pickup.

  • Orders not picked up within 30 days will be donated to charity.

  • For urgent pickup, call or WhatsApp before placing your order.


REFUNDS & RETURNS

Store Credit Only

Eligible returns receive store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method are only issued if we cannot fulfill an item.

Return Conditions

  • Must be delivered to us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • Items must be properly packaged — poorly packaged items may be refused or incur a $10 restocking fee.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

Submit return requests through your customer account.
If reusing original packaging, remove unrelated labels.
Once processed, store credit will be issued within 5 business days.


GIFT RETURNS

Gifts purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
Gifts outside the 15-day window are handled case-by-case.


FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD & RETURNS

If returns bring your order below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping + return label cost will be deducted from the store credit.


PREPAID RETURN LABELS

  • Available for U.S. customers only.

  • Cost is deducted from store credit.

  • Labels are only issued if the package can reach us within the 15-day window.

  • If too close to the deadline, you must pay for expedited return shipping.

  • International customers must coordinate their own returns.


OVERUSING THE RIGHT TO RETURN

We may refuse returns if a customer is abusing the return policy.
Unclaimed items after 2 months are donated to charity.
