Discounts

Discounts range from 20% OFF and higher on selected merchandise. Sale prices are reflected directly on the website.

No additional discount codes, promotions, rewards, or coupons may be applied to Outlet merchandise, including orders selected for local pickup. Orders that apply unauthorized discount codes to Outlet items will be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing

All Outlet orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please allow approximately 3–4 business days for order processing and fulfillment during promotional periods.

Price adjustments or price matching on previous purchases are not available.

Due to limited quantities, availability cannot be guaranteed. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional oversells may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a refund will be issued for that item only. We are unable to adjust pricing, apply additional discounts, substitute products, or make exceptions on remaining items, including orders placed for matching sibling outfits.

Free Shipping

Orders of $175 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Final Sale Policy

All Outlet purchases are FINAL SALE.

No returns, exchanges, store credits, cancellations, or price adjustments will be accepted on Outlet merchandise. No exceptions.
