About DBB

DBB is a small Spanish company dedicated to creating beautiful, traditional children’s clothing. Each piece is handmade, hand-smocked, and hand-embroidered in Zaragoza, Spain, produced in very limited quantities and made to order each season for individual retailers.

Because of this thoughtful process, DBB was never a brand that could be restocked — once a season sold out, that was it.

What Made DBB So Special

What made DBB truly special to us went far beyond the garments themselves.

We fell in love with the fabrics they chose, their softness, delicate prints, and their timeless way of putting together the prettiest bishop dresses, all lovingly hand-smocked. There was something unmistakable about a DBB piece: classic, nostalgic, and quietly extraordinary.

The People Behind the Brand

Over the years, meeting the Iranzo sisters at the European fairs became one of the highlights of our buying trips. They were always warm, generous, and incredibly open, welcoming us with a level of care that is rare in this industry.

They were also wonderfully accommodating, allowing us to adapt certain designs for our market, tweaking colors and details so the pieces truly felt aligned with our community while staying true to their roots.

A Final Goodbye

Now, DBB is officially closing this chapter.

The brand is retiring, and the artisans behind it will move on to collaborate with other ateliers and brands, some of which we already know and love, and others we may introduce in the future. But DBB, as we’ve known it, is coming to an end.

The pieces currently available on our site represent the final DBB drop. Ever.
Once they are gone, there will be no restocks.
