Shipping to the US:

We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly. We ship in stock items within 1-2 business days and personalized items within 7-10 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

We ship all orders using USPS Priority Shipping.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.

International Orders

We will be happy to offer a quote based on your destination country and the shipping methods available. For some countries we already offer flat-fee shipping rates and courier options. Please contact us via email for further details.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return eligible item(s) for store credit within 15 days of purchase or delivery date either by bringing it to our office located at 530 Valencia Avenue, Unit 2 Coral Gables, FL 33134 or by mailing the return to the return address listed below.

To be eligible for return, your item(s) need to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.

To return your product by mail, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to, indicating order number, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange.

  1. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

  2. You will receive an email once return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for store credit to be issued.

  • Products marked as “sale” or bought on sale may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To arrange a gift return, please email us and we will assist you further.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Holiday and special events may affect pick up hours. An email notification will always be sent to inform you of your order status. If under any circumstance this may affect online fulfillment, we will always email you to notify the soonest we can fulfill your order.

    • You will receive a fulfillment email confirmation to assure you, your purchase is ready for Pick Up!

    • Due to COVID, packages will be handed out at the door and marked with the customer´s name.

  • Can I return or exchange my order at pickup location? 

    • Yes, our standard return policy applies to Pick-up orders.
