🎄 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 2025 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made during our 12 Days of Christmas promotional period (December 5–16, 2025).

1. FINAL SALE POLICY

All purchases made during the 12 Days of Christmas promotion are FINAL SALE.
This includes:

  • All items discounted as part of the daily flash deals

  • Holiday Collection items (35% OFF during entire activation)

  • Outlet items

  • Any item discounted 20% or more

  • Preorders

  • Personalized items

  • Socks & tights

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Special orders

  • Gift cards

No exchanges, returns, refunds, cancellations, or store credits are allowed on any discounted items.
No exceptions.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The 12 Days of Christmas promotion runs:

Opens: Friday, December 5, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST
Ends: Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST

Each daily deal is a 24-hour flash sale, active only from:

12:00 AM EST – 11:59 PM EST

The Day 1 Holiday Collection discount (35% OFF) is the only offer active for the full 12 days.

3. DISCOUNT DETAILS

  • All discounts during the 12 Days of Christmas apply automatically (no codes needed).

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

  • If a customer fails to shop during the active promotional window, we cannot adjust or honor expired offers.

  • Prices shown during each day’s sale reflect the final discounted price.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any additional promotions, offers, or codes.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or merged.

  • Due to high order volume, no exceptions can be made.

5. SHIPPING TIMES

During this promotional period:

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipping.

  • While we strive to ship sooner, we cannot guarantee faster processing.

For Miami pickup orders:

  • Pickup follows the same 2-3 business day processing time.

  • No same-day or rush pickups will be available during this period.

Please note:

  • Shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or weather conditions are outside our control.

6. INVENTORY & AVAILABILITY

  • All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

  • If an item oversells, we will refund that item only.

7. PAYMENT

All purchases during the 12 Days promotion must be paid in full at checkout.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Zelle (if enabled)

  • Shop Pay Installments (subject to eligibility)

8. FRAUD PREVENTION

  • Orders flagged as high risk may be delayed or canceled.

  • We may request additional verification to confirm identity or billing ownership.

  • Orders will not ship until verification is completed (if requested).

9. GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards do not receive discounts.

  • Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using promotional discounts.

10. AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase during the 12 Days of Christmas promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
